Project Management
Each of our projects is assigned a team of application, engineering, installation and technical personnel forming a cohesive unit dedicated to achieving the goals and objectives of a the project. Pre-plan and kickoff meetings are held so that all are familiar with the roles they will execute during the course of a given project. We work closely with the owner/construction manager/engineer from project inception so that our work is coordinated with the other labor trades on the job and the project schedules are met.

Systems Design & Configuration
BASS sales and application engineers will examine and evaluate your total system needs so that the most ideal design configuration, the one that will meet all of the immediate and long-term requirements, can be identified early in the design process. These discussions will also examine any new and emerging technologies for possible incorporation into the system design, including issues relating to first and long-term costs and recommendations on sequences of operation, integration with other intelligent control components and systems, host system integration and evaluation of possible control pre-integration opportunities.

Engineered Turnkey Packages
BASS will provide completely engineered control packages, tailored to specific performance requirements, for a wide variety of applications. These packages include the required mechanical equipment, components and services, controllers, sensors, actuators and valves required for a complete installation package. Color Graphic Based System Interfaces
Studies have shown that color graphics based system interfaces allow system operators to more easily and efficiently interact with their automation and control system. BASS can provide your building operations personnel with a state-of-the-art, user friendly, color graphic based operator workstation that will allow them to use the automation system to its maximum benefit. Each color graphic host system is custom developed according to the specific needs of the user and the facility and they can range from very basic to highly complex encompassing literally hundreds of graphic screens and thousands of dynamic control and monitoring points.

Systems Integration
The Systems Group has the products, tools and expertise required to integrate equipment from various manufacturers into a single system in order to increase vendor independence, provide a single-seat user interface, share network media, allow process interaction and for information management purposes. An integration can be as simple as establishing a communications link between the factory installed microprocessor based chiller controller and the building automation system or as complex as integrating the myriad of environmental equipment in a large automobile plant with the industrial process control system used to produce the vehicles. We have the experience necessary to correctly identify and qualify the customers needs and recommend approaches that will provide the desired result and meet the customers expectations.

Project Commissioning Services
BASS can provide a variety of system commissioning services tailored to the requirements of any size or scope of project. BASS assigns a dedicated commissioning team to each project to ensure a successful and efficient implementation of the technology. Each system hardware input and output point and field device is physically verified to operate correctly and accurately. All English menu and color graphic operator displays are verified for correct information including all software points. All control sequences are checked for compliance with the engineers specification and the requirements of the various applications. We are accustomed to working closely with the mechanical and electrical trades on the project during startup to ensure that control related issues and questions are addressed in a timely manner.

Training
The training we provide each client is intended to closely match their specific needs for knowledge, and their capabilities and expertise. BASS can provide any combination of off-site training in our training facility, on-site hands-on custom training on your system or factory based training seminars. Experience has demonstrated that the level of commitment the owner dedicates towards training on his new system is directly proportional to the perceived overall success of the system. In fact, we do not consider any of our installations a success until the owner starts referring to the system we have installed as his system as opposed to our system. While we offer a full range of factory training programs, they tend to provide rather generic product related training due to the diversity of their attendees. We have the advantage in that we can provide training that specifically addresses the customers applications, sequences, equipment configurations, knowledge level and needs. Beyond formal system training, our customers are encouraged to observe and work along side our service technicians as they perform service work on their system.
