When a new installation is completed the project is handed off from the Systems Group to the Support Services Group which assumes responsibility for system warranty service, providing technical support for the customer and any other support services required for the project.


As the project warranty expires, the Support Service Group is there providing our customers the on-going support necessary to ensure the long term successful and energy efficient operation of their systems, protecting the clients investment in the technology.
